This Terms of Use sets out the legally binding terms of the Services available on the Website as well as at the terms of use of this Website. This Terms of Use along with the Privacy Policy extends to both users who visit the Website but do not transact business on the Website (“Users”) as well as users who are registered and are authorized by the Website to transact business on the Website (“Members”). The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Website or the Services offered by the Company for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. To register onto the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) and choose a user name (identified by their email address) and password. Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login / sign into his / her account. You will be required to provide us with your name and other details, including but not limited to, e-mail, contact number, contact address. Confidentiality will be maintained on the personal details furnished.

Order

All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by Fun á Table as confirmed by our Accounts Department. To confirm the orders, we may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. We will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer. Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, we will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer. 

Product Availability

In view of timing differences, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Customer might have been sold and might not be available in stock at that point of time. In such an event, Fun á Table will call the Customer (if he/she has registered on the Website) and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, Fun á Table shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, Fun á Table shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.

Online Payment

Customers can make online payments using his/her credit/debit card; and we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. In the event the bank rejects to honor any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, Fun á Tables shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Customer without any liability whatsoever. All credit card payments are processed securely through RAK Bank. C E S Geeneral Trading LLC (Fun á Table) does not store any credit card information on our servers.

Cash on Delivery

At the time of reading this Terms, Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in the United Arab Emirates, and may not be available for certain oversized items. At the time of checkout, if you are unable to see the option for Cash on Delivery, it would mean that this option is not enabled for one of these reasons. Apart from that, you may choose to select this as a payment option.

Shipping Policy

At Fun á TAble, we are committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible, because we know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. In the region, we work with Courier Company and Fun á Table logistics to provide you with the quickest delivery. All shipments made from approved Orders are shipped using Fun á Table delivery drivers and 3rd party fulfillment service. Free shipping on orders above AED 150 within the UAE.

We also provide a tracking code – as provided by the 3rd party service which the User can use to track their shipment.

Return and Exchange

We appreciate your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your order, get the merchandise exchanged/canceled within 130 days. The exchange depends on the availability of the merchandise requested by you, In case if the requested merchandise is not available we will credit your bank account as per the refund policy.

We will accept the return or exchange from the United Arab Emirates only.

Refunds

Any refunds due by Fun á Table to the Customer shall be made in the following manners:

Credit card:

The credit card account of the Customer will be re-credited with the refund amount by the Fun á Table. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or

Deposit or wire transfer:

The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Fun á Table within fifteen (15) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.

Usage of Promo code by the Company

Fun á Table has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website. Fun á Table can at any time ask the Customer for the proof of having received the promo code. Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by Fun á Table. Promo codes at Fun á Table discretion are applicable on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions. Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on the site.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return unused products within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and in the original packaging. We will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note. Refund
